Terms of Service — Aureus Journal

Aureus Journal is currently in a private beta. The service may contain bugs, change without notice, or be temporarily unavailable. Access is currently limited to a small number of invited users, free of charge.

Aureus Journal is a tool for documenting and analyzing your own trading activity. Nothing in the service — including statistics, insights, Edge Score, or any other calculations — constitutes financial advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or trade any financial instrument. All trading decisions you make are entirely your own responsibility.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Any losses resulting from trading decisions, whether or not based on information in the app
• Data loss due to bugs during the beta phase (though we make every effort to prevent this)
• Interruptions or downtime in the service

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or give third parties access to your journal.

You own your trading data. See our Privacy Policy for information on how it is handled, exported, and deleted.

You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We reserve the right, during the beta phase, to temporarily or permanently suspend access for individual accounts if necessary for operations, security, or development of the service.

These terms may be updated during the beta phase as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in the app.
